Scotland Rail Journey – Magnificent Glencoe

The first stop on our incredible Travelmarvel rail journey through the Scottish Highlands was the scenic valley of Glencoe. It was a breathtaking introduction to the Highlands – we were based near the village of Ballachulish on the banks of Loch Leven with the dramatic and iconic peaks completely surrounding us like picture-postcards. From Glencoe, we could explore the region, including historical castles, incredible canals, charming distilleries and captivating lochs.
