Scottish whisky is a drink for enjoyment, not for effect!
During our time in Scotland we learned the art of whisky (note the spelling!) – from the process of making it, to drinking it properly! With visits to local distilleries, speciality whisky rooms, and the chance to meet some of the experts, we will never look at it the same way again!
