A four-month long journey with the whole family on a trip around Australia is bound to be a learning experience.
When we decided to take on this journey in a camper trailer, we knew we had a lot of interesting times ahead. We were new to caravanning, were going to be exploring some pretty remote and rugged destinations, and had a 2 year-old on board to boot.
To put it simply, our lives changed on that trip.
Not only did we bond so much as a family, we also experienced a whole new way to travel, and we have never looked back.
Don’t get us wrong, the trip was full of trials and errors. We learned a million new things a day – about each other, about Australia, and about travelling with a camper trailer.
